Surviving Cancer

The latest presentation in Grand Itasca’s “Doc Talk” series took place on Tuesday, May 15 at the Itasca County Family YMCA. The presenter was Shannon Petroske, NP. She discussed surviving cancer. During her presentation she covered: cancer survival statistics, the phases of survivorship, caregiver information, and much more. ICTV staff was in the audience to record this presentation. Each Wednesday at 5:30 pm and Saturday at 3:00pm, ICTV plays programs from the archives on the Public Access Channel. Coming up on Saturday, May 19, we will be replaying two performances from the 2017 Summer Concert Series: “Mase and the Masons,” and “From Here and There.” The following week, May 23 and May 26, will feature the final two performances from the 2017 Summer Concert Series: “Swing Delivery,” and “Smooth Jazz Standards and A Little Bit More.” Keep an eye on ICTV’s schedule to see what’s coming out of the archive next.

Meet Peter Garsow

Peter is the newest addition to our staff here at ICTV.  He’s been with us a couple of weeks now and has already videotaped a number of government meetings and community programs.  Peter’s last job was with WDIO in Duluth.  He’s new to our community so if you see him out and about please welcome him to our area!
